What does add tab do?
Adding tabs to your help desk software is automatic when you open the ticket. Whether it was email, chat, call, social media message or forum comments, your ticket is being created. By opening up your tickets, the new tab is opened on the top of the LiveAgent screen.
This allows you to go quickly from one ticket to another without the need to look for the previous one and they are nicely organized in the tabs. Add multiple tabs by opening up new tickets when solving a difficult case
